The first USE IPM focus group, UBL
Research team from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, led by full time professor Saša Petković, PhD, has organized focus group with experienced managers and human resource managers on 28th of November 2023. The focus group was organized as a part of unique research on the projected conditions and the importance of the “soft” skills of individuals for starting and developing their own business. The results of the research will be used for the further implementation of the project “Improving the skills of researchers for sustainable entrepreneurship based on the management of innovation processes” – USE IPM.
Group was consisted of two HR managers, Ms. Bobana Stojičić from LPP BH d.o.o. and Ms. Rada Stanetić, from Atos Bank, a.d. Banja Luka joined by four general managers: Mr. Saša Vučenović, PhD, President of Board of Directors of Premium Insurance Company; Mr. Ranko Petrušić, General manager and founder of InfoArs, IT and media company; Mr. Zoran Joldžić, CEO from GPM furniture company and Mr. Bojan Vuković, Owner and CEO of DVC Solutions, IT company. Professor Saša Petković has been moderator with participation of other researchers in research team: PhD Milenko Krajišnik, dean of the Faculty of Economics, PhD Branka Topić Pavković and PhD Ljubiša Mićić.
