Widening Partners Prepare Training Programme

During the last week of May and the first week of June 2026, the project teams from the Faculties of Economics in Niš, Banja Luka, Tirana, and the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje held a series of coordination meetings to define the content and structure of the training programme that will be delivered as part of the USE IPM project.

The meetings focused on the preparation of training materials and the harmonisation of the programme across all partner institutions. Together, the partners designed both basic- and advanced-level training programmes that will equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in innovation process management and sustainable entrepreneurship.

Between 1 November 2026 and 1 March 2027, the widening partners will organise a total of 20 two-day training sessions—10 at the basic level and 10 at the advanced level—for students, company owners, and managers. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certificates issued by the respective faculties.

The training programme will address a wide range of topics, including soft skills development, digital product development, green innovation, ESG reporting, knowledge transfer and intellectual property protection, entrepreneurial project management, strategic innovation management, and the application of advanced digital technologies in innovation management.

These meetings represent an important milestone within Work Package 3, as they ensured a common approach to the development of the training content and methodology across all widening partners, laying the foundation for the successful implementation of the upcoming training activities.
