NON-ACADEMIC EU PARTNERS

The following 5 partners represent organizations from non-widening EU countries. Their goal is to provide mentoring support to the talents from four widening countries during the secondments. Structure of those partners proceeds from the project’s main idea – to acquire knowledge and skills for enhance cooperation between academic and non-academic sector, mainly based on providing support for innovation process management. In that way, based on knowledge and skills gained during the secondments, talents from widening countries, will be able to create training programmes appropriate for predicted knowledge and skills of trainees and consequently business community.

    OpenCom I.S.S.C. (OCom), Italy covers the field of sustainability and risk management. OpenCom is engaged with its international network in qualitative and quantitative research aimed at understanding and evaluating the social, environmental, technological and economic changes that are the basis of the emergence of new needs both for individuals and for organizations in the labour market. Particular attention is paid to the processes of development (up-skilling) and retraining (re-skilling) of skills, as a response to the new challenges of sustainability. OpenCom also deals with risk, quality, change and sustainability management. .

SME4SPACE VZW (SME4), Belgium, covers the field of technology transfer. The aim of SME4SPACE is to voice SMEs in the space sector viewpoint in a coordinated way and to facilitate their access to space activities. SME4SPACE is the premier grouping of start-ups in Europe’s space industry gathering more than 80 start-ups. SME4SPACE is committed not only to achieve its aims and to support SMEs in Europe’s space industry, but also to create and favour an inclusive and fair ecosystem for companies in Europe and for its employees. It is involved in implementation of significant number of EU funded projects. .

ALDA – Association europeenne pour la democratie locale (ALDA), France, covers the field of youth employment. ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy is a French-registered association dedicated to the promotion of good governance and citizen participation at the local level in the European Union, its neighbourhood and beyond. ALDA was established in 1999 at the initiative of the Council of Europe. So far, it was involved in implementation of significant number of EU funded projects, such as: READY - Raise Environmental Awareness for Deprived Youths, TYEC - Tackling Youth Employment Challenge: measures and strategies for European Social Dialogue Actors, Balkan regional platform for youth participation and dialogue, EGAL - Gender Equality in Local Action, Grey4Green. .

The International Society for Professional Innovation Management ltd (ISPIM), UK covers the field of innovation management

Formed in Norway in 1983, ISPIM is the oldest, largest and most active truly global innovation network. .

 

Medunarodni Institut Poduzetnistva (International Institute for Entrepreneurship - IIE)

Medunarodni Institut Poduzetnistva (International Institute for Entrepreneurship - IIE) is established with the aim of promoting, developing and improving the competitiveness and excellence of entrepreneurs by linking all relevant factors to the public, private and scientific-research sectors. The association operates in the field of economy, entrepreneurship and education, science and research networking all stakeholders. EEI is important as consortium member due to similarity of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Croatia and in four widening countries participating the project – Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania and North Macedonia. .
