Some of the challenges are: no need to market, competition, bad product, not the right team, lack of business model, running out of money. iMEC.iSTART also presented the main phases to be defined for successful start-up development, namely: team alignment, problem understanding, solution building, market understanding, business model and market entry, fundraising and fundamentals. This accelerator has helped more than 300 start-ups in their business, and during the year you can apply for mentoring or other support on their official website.
