USE IPM Info Day – Dušan Gavrilović’s Lecture

At the Faculty of Economics in Niš, the USE IPM Project hosted an Info Day, featuring a special guest, our alumnus Dušan Gavrilović, Development Director at Milk House.

The event gave students a unique opportunity to explore the practical aspects of career development and running a family business, as well as to learn more about the activities and objectives of the USE IPM project. During the lecture, Dušan shared his experience in both corporate and family business environments, emphasizing the importance of balancing formal structures with an entrepreneurial spirit. Students got a firsthand look at what managing a family business entails, how to develop a professional career, and which skills are essential for success in different business contexts.

The event also served as a platform to promote the Business to Academy concept, which the USE IPM project supports, fostering collaboration between academia and the business sector. Students learned about the project, its goals, and upcoming activities, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the learning and professional development opportunities it offers.
