USEIPM Workshops in Málaga – September October 2025
During the stay in Málaga, the host — the University of Málaga — organized eight workshops. It was an exceptional opportunity for the USE IPM team to learn about the Entrepreneurial University Model at the University of Málaga and explore possibilities for building new organizational capacities: University Ambidexterity. The workshops also focused on developing an ecosystem that fosters rethinking the entrepreneurial university, encouraging entrepreneurial intention among students, and promoting successful university–business collaboration. Therefore, over four days, participants engaged in a diverse program covering a wide range of topics:
- The Entrepreneurial University Model at the University of Málaga
- Building New Organizational Capacities: University Ambidexterity
- Guided Growth: Mentorship and Entrepreneurial Support
- University Accelerators – What’s Next?
- From Campus to Market: How to Foster Entrepreneurial Intention Among Students
- Collaboration as a Catalyst: Networks and Ecosystems
- Decoding the Keys to Successful University–Business Collaboration
- Promoting Women’s Entrepreneurship
Workshop participants included the following team members:
- Serbia: Aleksandra Anđelković, Marija Radosavljević
- North Macedonia: Ljubomir Drakulevski, Vesna Bucevska
- Bosnia & Herzegovina: Saša Petković, Branka Topić Pavković
- Albania: Elona Pojani, Perseta Grabova, Fatma Jaupi
The workshops in Málaga provided an inspiring platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among representatives from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania. Through interactive sessions and practical examples, participants deepened their understanding of the entrepreneurial university model and explored strategies to foster innovation, strengthen university–business collaboration, and promote inclusivity in entrepreneurship. The experience further reinforced the USE IPM Project’s commitment to developing sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems and enhancing institutional capacities across the Western Balkans.
