Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EI Centre)

On 15 September 2025 in Niš, during the return phase after secondment to IIE (Croatia), researcher Jovana Milenovic presented a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework designed for the new Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EI Centre).

The framework aims to ensure that the Centre creates academic, social, and innovation value while actively engaging students, researchers, and faculty in practical projects. It introduces key performance indicators (KPIs), detailed semi-annual and annual reporting, and both internal and external evaluations to guarantee transparency and continuous improvement.

Reports will highlight achievements, financial performance, and project outcomes, while also serving as a tool for identifying best practices in cooperation between academia, industry, and the community.
