The third focus group, FEUN
On June 21, 2024, at the Faculty of Economics University of Niš (FEUN), the third focus group was organised. The topic that the participants of this focus group discussed was “Challenges and Opportunities of the Technology Transfer and Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Open Innovation Ecosystem in Developing Transitional Economies”.
The specific research goals of this focus group included: identification of the key actors in the open innovation ecosystems in developing transitional economies; identification of the obstacles and challenges in the intellectual property protection system in developing transitional economies; identification of possible government incentives and new policies that support collaboration in technology transfer; identification of key factors for enhancing R&D and innovation absorptive capacities of companies.
The participants in the focus group included experts from various organisations. Participants were: Mrs. Aleksandra Ristić from Science Technology Park, Nis; Mr. Milivoje Jovanovic from ENECA, a non-governmental organisation; Miljan Kahrimanović from Tridonic SRB d.o.o. (Zumtobel group) and Slavimir Stošović, full-time professor at the Technical Academy of Applied Sciences, Niš; Agile Coach at IT Centar and Chief Executive Officer at Canandi.
The focus group was organised by the USE IPM research team from FEUN, consisting of Full Professor Biljana Đorđević, PhD; Full Professor Suzana Đukić, PhD; Mrs. Jelena Stanković, assistant; and Mr. Milan Perković, technical support.
