Competition workshop “Implementing European Competition Policy Issues into HIEs in Albania”

Within the framework of the workshop “Implementing European Competition Policy Issues into HIEs in Albania”, Prof. Arjan Tushaj, team member of the USE IPM Project, presented the project, highlighting its relevance to European competition policy and innovation in higher education institutions. The workshop was held on 21 November 2025 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. During his presentation, Prof. Tushaj emphasized the strong connection between the project and sustainable entrepreneurship, underlining the importance of integrating innovative practices and responsible resource management into entrepreneurial ecosystems. He noted that aligning competition principles with sustainability objectives strengthens institutional capacity, enhances competitiveness, and supports the development of a more resilient and forward-looking entrepreneurial environment in Albania, in line with European Union standards.
