29th International Scientific Conference: Regional Development and Demographic Flows of Southeastern European Countries, FEUN
On June 28, 2024 at the Faculty of Economics University of Nis it was organized XXIX international scientific conference “REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DEMOGRAPHIC FLOWS OF SOUTHEASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES”. Sandra Milanovic, the USE IPM researcher presented a paper titled “COMPENSATION SYSTEM IN WESTERN EUROPE: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS” within the third session – OTHER ASPECTS OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DEMOGRAPHIC FLOWS. The paper was developed based on the knowledge that was obtained during the third secondment of the USE IPM talents in Belgium. The paper tackles wage increase disparities that exist in the Western Europe compared to the inflation rate in the country. Coauthors of the paper are also the USE IPM researchers Marija Radosavljevic, PhD and Biljana Djordjevic, PhD.
