Innovation leadership

On 18th September 2024, Professor Marija Radosavljević presented the findings about Innovation leadership. Professor Marija Radosavljević spoke about the task each team had after the workshop with Professor John Besant. The task of each team was to create an ideal solution for their institution with the application of innovations. Given that the Faculty of Economics in Niš is a faculty with tradition and a traditional way of doing business, the solution was seen in the inclusion of training programs, cooperation with the business sector and the development of a center for entrepreneurship and innovation. FEUN presented the purpose of the center as an acronym for the words ECONOMICS, which stand for the following: effective training, competitive position, continuous learning, endless support, open access, market orientation, encouraging innovation, customer focus, sustainability. The centers will have a threefold role and mission: to motivate, encourage and support young people to become innovative entrepreneurs to encourage the business sector to improve the management of innovation processes to provide internships for students.
