The third focus group, UBL

A research team from the Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Banja Luka, led by Full Professor Sasa Petkovic, PhD, has organized a focus group on July 3rd 2024 with experts in the field of technology transfer and sustainable entrepreneurship. The topic that the participants of this focus group discussed was “Challenges and Opportunities of the Technology Transfer and Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Open Innovation Ecosystem in Developing Transitional Economies”

Qualitative research through a focus group aimed to assess the ecosystem of open innovation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, the goal of the research was to identify the challenges of technology transfer and sustainable entrepreneurship in the country, as well as the assessment of the state of regulation of intellectual property protection. The research results will be used for further implementation of the project “Up-skilling researchers for Sustainable Entrepreneurship based on Innovation Process Management – USE IPM”.

The group of experts consisted of: prof. Željana Jovičić, PhD from the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska, Ms. Milka Latinčić from the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska, Mr. Aleksandar Milinković from the company Planetsoft, Ana Lojić, PhD candidate from the company Lanaco and the Association of Innovators of the Republic of Srpska, Mr. Antonije Živković from the company Lanaco, Bojan Ćudića PhD, from the Digital Innovation Hub ONEX and Mr. Drago Gverić from the Innovation Center Banja Luka
