Value-Based and Responsible Innovation and Sustainable Innovation Process Indicators

Assist. Todor Tocev, MSc, and Prof. Aleksandra Janeska-Iliev, PhD, on September 30, 2024, presented their findings on Value-Based and Responsible Innovation and Sustainable Innovation Process Indicators following their secondment at ISPIM. Tocev’s presentation focused on the Liverpool Knowledge Quarter (KQ), where he highlighted the importance of aligning innovation with ethical and societal values. He stressed the need for responsible innovation in the face of technological advancements.

Prof. Janeska-Iliev, in her part of the presentation, discussed innovation process indicators within the Liverpool Science Park, offering insights into how the park fosters sustainable innovation. Their discussion showcased examples of sustainable practices from Liverpool’s innovation ecosystem and highlighted the applicability of these strategies in other regions.
