Project management and implementation

The members’ team of first and second secondment presented four presentations related to their experience at ALDA in Strasbourg. Elona Pojani and Perseta Grabova presentation focused on project application and project management. They gave an introduction of diverse programs to apply for particular projects funded by the European Union and further elaborated the project management process.
