The second group of talents seconded to ALDA, France
Second group of 13 academic talents from Serbia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and North Macedonia stayed in Strasbourg from September 4th till September 21st, 2023. They were hosted by the USE IPM project partner, ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy. Similarly like the first group, the second group of secondments was organized through morning, afternoon and evening (social events) sessions. During the first week, the academic talents were introduced to the principles of project management, as well as to the key problems, limitations and challenges during their implementation. Talents had opportunities to actively participate in discussions organized by ALDA’s representatives. Involvement in Innovation park activities, was also beneficiary for the talents. Specially useful was introduction of thematic hubs concerning gender andinclusion.Later, they had the opportunity to work individually and in groups on ideas for solving youth problems.After the talents finished and presented the results of the tasks they had completed, a discussion followed between them and ALDA representatives. As for the first group, the host organized tour of Council of Europe, the European Parliament, the European Youth Center and the European Fair for academic talents.
