Presentations held after the 6th secondment in Croatia by UT

On 10 September 2025, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, a series of presentations were held following the 6th secondment in Croatia.

• Modus Operandi of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  Prof. Elona Pojani hosted a presentation dedicated to defining the Modus Operandi of the USE IPM Project Unit for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Sustainability. The session outlined the operational framework, including focus areas such as green business models, the circular economy, sustainable finance, carbon management, and digital transformation.
• Establishment of Institutional Infrastructure
  Prof. Perseta Grabova hosted a session on the formal framework within which the USE IPM Project Unit will develop. The discussion emphasized the creation of a sustainable financial model through projects, partnerships, and services, ensuring long-term viability. Collaboration with stakeholders was highlighted as key to embedding the Unit within the academic ecosystem.
• Partnerships, Promotion, and Impact Monitoring
  Prof. Ditjona Kule explored strategies for building partnerships and networks, promotion and visibility, and evaluation and impact monitoring. The session showcased plans to connect with companies, incubators, ministries, and universities through roundtables, hackathons, and joint research initiatives.
