The fourth focus group, UBL
The research team from the Project Management and Entrepreneurship Center at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, led by Prof. Dr. Saša Petković, organized a focus group on November 15, 2024, with experts in the field of sustainable and responsible innovation. The qualitative research conducted through the focus group aimed to gain deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities in managing the innovation process, with a particular focus on sustainable and responsible innovation within the open innovation ecosystem. The goal was to foster the development of skills and knowledge in innovation management, which would facilitate the successful entry of young people into the labor market, either through employment or by launching their own innovative entrepreneurial ventures. Additionally, the initiative aims to promote the development of innovative solutions through collaboration between the academic community and the private sector (A2B – Academy to Business).
