Project management in higher education

On 27 th December 2023, under the return phase activities, Marija Radosavljevic and Maja Ivanovic Djukic shared the experience and ideas gained during the secondment to OpenCom in Italy. They spoke about possibilities of implementation of project management tools and principles in higher education. Due to the fact that project management is a set of skills and methodologies that enables the accomplishment of goals and objectives within existing constraints, among other sectors, it can also be applied in education. Marija and Maja presented ways for practicing project management in higher education.
Also, they presented PRINCE2 as a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 provides the fundamental skills for successful project manager. It stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments, and is used and recognized all over the world.
