The first group of 15 academic talents was hosted by the project partner ALDA – European Association for Local Democracyfrom August 21sttill September 4th, 2023, in Strasbourg (France). During the ½ month stay in Strasbourg, the academic talents became familiar with the goals and tasks of the partner, the projects and the processes of their implementation. The first group of academic talents had the opportunity to visit the Council of Europe, European Parliament and Visit to the European Youth Center. The visits included exchange of knowledge on different topics, with the accent on opportunities for youth.Talents had the opportunity to participate the launch of ALDA’s Triennal project.Through the exchange of ideas and brainstorming, they were involved in solving tasks to help young people. Talents experience in the field of management and organization was helpful in sense of presenting possible solutions for the improvement of coordination between partner’s regional units. During the last part of secondment, the host partner created teams composed of talents from different widening institutions and delegate them specific tasks. After talents finished and presented the results of the tasks they performed, fruitful discussion between them and ALDA’s representatives took place.
